Return and Exchange Policy
We always hope that you will love all your purchases! If not, Forever Dream accepts returns within 30 days of receipt. All items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags and packaging (if applicable). If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items that appear worn, have stains, cat/dog hair, etc. will not be accepted. All returns will be issued Forever Dream store credit or full refund, it is your choice. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the total store credit or refund received.
All shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box with all original packaging inside a mailing box.
To start the return process, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and then mail your item to: Forever Dream Boutique PO Box 1057 Southwick Massachusetts US 01077. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the item being returned circled. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you would like to exchange an item for the same item or receive a store credit, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of item. We cannot guarantee an exchange due to the limited quantities of our unique products but we will issue you store credit if the item is not available. To start the exchange process, please send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Forever Dream Boutique PO Box 1057 Southwick Massachusetts US 01077. Please include a copy of your invoice with the item circled.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the item being returned circled. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you feel you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt by emailing us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your return and store credit (if applicable). You will receive notification of a store credit via email.
