•How do I contact Customer Service?

•How do your sizes run?
Because we carry styles from a number of different vendors all merchandise tends to fit different depending on the label. Please refer to the size charts that are shown with some products. For those products that do not include a size chart or mention sizing in the description, the general sizing is as follows:
X-small= Size 0
Small= Size 2-4

•Am I able to modify or cancel my order once it has been submitted?
We want to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. This means that we try and have your order ready to go within hours of receiving it. In order to modify or cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing your order. If you contact us after that point, unfortunately we will be unable to modify or cancel your order.
•How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders received will ship the next 1-2 business days unless otherwise communicated by email. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays where USPS is not available. Please keep in mind unexpected delays may come up. Once you receive a shipment confirmation that your order is on its way, you can expect your package to arrive within 2-10 business days (this depends on the shipping option you select). Emails may be sent to email@example.com.
•What is your return policy?
We always hope that you will love all your purchases! If not, Forever Dream accepts returns within 30 days of receipt. All items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags and packaging (if applicable). If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items that appear worn, have stains, cat/dog hair, etc. will not be accepted. All returns will be issued Forever Dream store credit or a full refund, your choice. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the total store credit or refund received.
All shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box with all original packaging inside a mailing box.
To start the return process, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org then mail your item to: Forever Dream Boutique PO Box 1057 Southwick Massachusetts US 01077. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the item being returned circled. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
•How will I know when you have received my return?
You will receive an email stating that we have received and processed your return and that your store credit has been applied to your store account. Returns are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for additional details.
•Do you offer International shipping?
Yes! If you would like to place an International order, please email your order to email@example.com and we will email you a shipping quote. Customer will be responsible for all custom charges.
•How do I apply a discount/Gift Certificate code to my order?
Discount codes can be applied on the shipping section of your checkout process before you confirm your order. Only one discount code may be used per order. We can not manually add a discount code after the order has been placed.
•I received an incorrect or defective item. What do I do?
We want you to receive your items as ordered in the best possible condition. If you feel you received an incorrect or damaged/defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please see our Returns and Exchange Policy for full details.
•What is the status of my order?
You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account. Just click on My Account and click on "Order History" to see the status of your order.
•What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept a wide range of payments for your convenience. These include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
•What are the current shipping charges?
All orders that ship $50 or more in the Continental US automatically ship standard shipping for FREE! Orders under $50 have a $5.00 flat rate shipping charge. We offer expedited shipping (1-3 business days) for $14.95. The standard flat rate shipping to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, and the US Territories is $14.95.
